Our asphalt cleaning process involves a thorough approach, including wire brushing, power brooming, or power blowing to remove debris, followed by cleaning cracks and joints as necessary.
Alligatored Areas: Special Treatments

Structural cracks are filled with a hot rubberized material, excess material is squeegeed off, and cracks are covered with a sand-like material to prevent tracking. While we strive for the best possible hot crack filling, annual inspections and touch-ups may be required between full sealcoating services.
Protecting Surfaces: EcoAmigo Sealant Formula

Our proprietary EcoAmigo asphalt sealer penetrates the surface, replenishing oils to keep the pavement flexible and protecting against UV light, freeze-thaw cycles, oil, gas, and road salt. We barricade driveways with banner tape for 24-48 hours to ensure proper drying time before use.

Type I

Modified asphalt emulsion sealer that is clay stabilized and fiber fortified with silica sand. This sealer typically includes a 1-2 year guarantee with a 2-4 year life expectancy. See your proposal for details.

Super Sealer-Modified asphalt emulsion sealer that is fortified similarly to a slurry or micro seal. It has an extra heavy silica sand load and includes a 3-4 year guarantee with 5-6 year life expectancy. See your proposal for details.
